Because our services primarily consist of digital products, coaching sessions, consultations, educational materials, online programs, workshops, and intellectual property, all sales are generally considered final.
No Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer, program, or promotion:
• All payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for unused coaching sessions.
• No refunds will be issued for missed calls, workshops, webinars, or training sessions.
• No refunds will be issued due to change of mind.
Exceptional Circumstances
Alpha9 may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests under exceptional circumstances. Approval of any refund request remains entirely at the discretion of Alpha9.
Rescheduling
Where applicable, coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable prior notice, subject to availability.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to coaching services, digital content, or educational materials may result in immediate suspension of access and further action where permitted by law.
